Ballantine’s digital presence was outdated, difficult to manage, and inconsistent across markets. The global brand team needed to centralise creative standards while giving local teams the freedom to speak directly to their audiences.

What we did.
We designed a modular, component-based system that allowed individual markets to build pages without custom development. We also ran workshops to align global and local teams around a shared roadmap and new ways of working.
The new site launched as a global hub for whisky lovers—balancing brand consistency with creative flexibility. It became easier for local markets to activate campaigns, publish content, and build deeper fan engagement—all without reinventing the wheel.
