Retainer

How a Retainer Works

A retainer means you get steady, reliable access to senior design support—without the cost and commitment of hiring full-time.

Here’s how it works:

  • You book us for a set number of days each month (minimum applies)

  • We agree the focus areas together and plan in advance

  • We stay in close contact—usually weekly stand-ups or syncs

  • You get ongoing design leadership, delivery and thinking

  • Unused days can roll over (for a limited time), so you don’t lose value
