We partnered with PUMA to transform how their global development teams design, build, and deliver digital experiences. The aim wasn’t just faster implementation—it was to create a seamless, scalable system that empowers teams to move with clarity, consistency, and speed across every webshop.
We collaborated closely with PUMA’s Global E-Commerce Design Technology Manager to bridge the gap between design and development. By aligning their comprehensive Figma Design System with their codebase, we ensured consistency at the source. Utilising Code Connect, we integrated this directly into Figma — enabling developers to extract production-ready React based code effortlessly.

PUMA faced a significant hurdle in achieving consistency and speed implementing components across their various e-commerce platforms. With development teams distributed globally, aligning efforts and ensuring seamless collaboration proved to be a persistent challenge.
This collaboration dramatically accelerated the UI implementation process—reducing development time to under two minutes per component. The result is a highly efficient design-to-code workflow that enhances team collaboration, strengthens system adoption, and empowers PUMA to move faster with greater consistency at scale.
